The item is bigger than I imagined (there weren't any dimensions listed so I guess the sizing based on pictires), and the metal is quite thin, but it will work for costume pieces. It's not strong enough to wear daily, but for occasional use, it's nice.

Compass looks exactly as pictured. It is functional. It is also very lightweight which works for my use but it would not be great for practical use. The metal is so thin that it arrived with a dent in the back so putting it in a pocket or backpack would probably smash it.
