MEASURING YOUR WRIST: Using a cloth tape measure, (a thin strip of paper or string and ruler will work as well) measure your wrist just below the wrist bone. Select bracelet size from the drop down list. (This will be the inside diameter of your bracelet). For a different size please select the custom length option and let me know what length you desire at time of purchase.
HOW TO WEAR A STRETCH BRACELET: When putting on a stretch bracelet, “roll” on the bracelet instead of pulling and stretching the bracelet to avoid putting stress on the elastic. This will keep the high quality elastic in better condition for a longer time.
